For Renters
What's Required From You
Commercial General Liability insurance — minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming TurnKey Venues and Touchstone Commercial Properties, Inc. as additional insureds.
Leave No Trace policy — the venue is returned in the condition you received it. A walkthrough is conducted before and after every event.
Special Event Permit administrative fee — a flat fee covers the submission and tracking of your SEP through the relevant agencies.
